利用規約

制定日：2026年10月26日　運営：MONET inc.（以下「当社」）

この規約は、当社が提供するブラウザゲーム「FORE! THE CITY」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（本サービスの内容）

  1. 本サービスは、実在の街の地図データをもとに作った街の中で、ゴルフのようにボールを打って遊ぶゲームです。
  2. 本サービスは無料で提供します。今後、有料の機能や広告を加えることがあります。そのときは、本サービスの中でお知らせします。

第2条（安全についてのお願い）

  1. 本サービスは、ゲームの中だけの遊びです。本物の街・道路・建物・人や車に向けて、ボールやそのほかの物を打ったり投げたりしないでください。
  2. 歩きながらや運転しながら遊ばないでください。周りの安全を確かめてから遊んでください。
  3. 本サービスに出てくる街やゴルフ場は、公開の地図データから作った再現で、実際の様子とは違うことがあります。現実の場所の状況を確かめるために使わないでください。

第3条（禁止すること）

本サービスの利用にあたり、次のことをしてはいけません。

  1. 法令や公序良俗に反すること
  2. 他人を傷つける、困らせる、差別する名前やコース名を使うこと、またはそのような行い
  3. 他人になりすますこと
  4. 個人の住まいなど、他人のプライバシーを害する場所を、それと分かる形で示すこと
  5. 当社のサーバーや、本サービスが使う外部のサービスに過度な負荷をかけること（自動のプログラムで大量に問い合わせることを含みます）
  6. 本サービスの不具合を悪用すること、または本サービスの運営を妨げること
  7. 他人の著作権・商標権などの権利を侵すこと
  8. そのほか、当社が不適切と判断すること

第4条（利用者が作ったもの）

  1. 利用者が作ったコースや名前（以下「作ったもの」）の内容については、作った利用者が責任を持つものとします。
  2. 作ったものを公開する機能を当社が提供する場合、利用者は、当社が本サービスの運営と紹介のために、作ったものを無償で表示・保存・複製することを認めるものとします。
  3. 当社は、作ったものが第3条に当たると判断したとき、または権利を持つ人などから申し出があったときは、利用者に知らせることなく、公開をやめたり消したりできるものとします。

第5条（地図データと権利）

  1. 本サービスは、OpenStreetMap などの公開データを使っています。それぞれの出典は画面に表示しています（© OpenStreetMap contributors など）。
  2. 本サービスに出てくる店名・施設名・ゴルフ場の名前などは、地図データに含まれるもので、各権利者のものです。それらの店・施設・ゴルフ場が、本サービスを支持・提携していることを意味しません。
  3. 本サービスのプログラム・画像・文章などの権利は、当社または正当な権利者にあります。

第6条（本サービスの変更・中断・終了）

当社は、利用者に前もって知らせることなく、本サービスの内容を変えたり、一時的に止めたり、終えたりすることがあります。外部のサービスの都合で、一部の機能が使えなくなることもあります。

第7条（免責）

  1. 当社は、本サービスに不具合がないこと、特定の目的に合うこと、地図データが正確であることを約束しません。
  2. 本サービスの利用によって利用者に生じた損害について、当社は、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。当社が責任を負う場合でも、通常生じる直接の損害に限ります。
  3. 利用者どうし、または利用者と第三者の間で起きた争いは、当事者の間で解決するものとします。

第8条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要に応じてこの規約を変えることがあります。変えた規約は、本サービスの中に示した時点から効力を持ちます。

第9条（準拠法・裁判所）

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。本サービスについて争いが起きたときは、当社の本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を、第一審の専属的な合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

This English version is a reference translation. If there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.

These terms set out the conditions for using the browser game "FORE! THE CITY" (the "Service") provided by us. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Article 1 (The Service)

  1. The Service is a game in which you hit a ball, like golf, through a city built from map data of real places.
  2. The Service is free. We may add paid features or advertising in the future, and will announce this within the Service.

Article 2 (Safety)

  1. The Service is play that happens only inside the game. Never hit or throw balls or anything else toward real streets, roads, buildings, people or vehicles.
  2. Do not play while walking or driving. Make sure your surroundings are safe before playing.
  3. The cities and golf courses in the Service are recreations based on public map data and may differ from reality. Do not use the Service to check the conditions of real places.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, you must not:

  1. Break the law or act against public order and morals
  2. Use names or course names, or act in ways, that hurt, harass or discriminate against others
  3. Impersonate others
  4. Identifiably point out places that harm others' privacy, such as private homes
  5. Place excessive load on our servers or the external services the Service uses (including large numbers of automated requests)
  6. Exploit bugs in the Service or interfere with its operation
  7. Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights of others
  8. Do anything else we judge inappropriate

Article 4 (Things you create)

  1. You are responsible for the content of courses and names you create ("your creations").
  2. If we provide a feature to publish your creations, you allow us to display, store and copy them free of charge to run and promote the Service.
  3. We may stop publishing or delete your creations without notice if we judge that they fall under Article 3, or if a rights holder or other party asks us to.

Article 5 (Map data and rights)

  1. The Service uses public data such as OpenStreetMap. Sources are shown on screen (© OpenStreetMap contributors, etc.).
  2. Names of shops, facilities and golf courses in the Service come from the map data and belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean that those shops, facilities or golf courses endorse or are affiliated with the Service.
  3. Rights to the Service's software, images, text and so on belong to us or their rightful owners.

Article 6 (Changes, suspension and termination)

We may change, temporarily suspend or end the Service without notice. Some features may become unavailable for reasons on the side of external services.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. We do not guarantee that the Service is free of defects, fits any particular purpose, or that the map data is accurate.
  2. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to ordinary direct damage.
  3. Disputes between users, or between users and third parties, are to be resolved between the parties concerned.

Article 8 (Changes to these terms)

We may change these terms as needed. Changed terms take effect when shown within the Service.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our head office has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the Service.
