プライバシーポリシー
当社は、ブラウザゲーム「FORE! THE CITY」（以下「本サービス」）での利用者の情報の扱いを、次のとおり定めます。本サービスは、名前やメールアドレスなどの登録なしで遊べるように作っており、集める情報はできるだけ少なくしています。
1. 端末の中だけに保存するもの
次の情報は、利用者のブラウザの中（localStorage）にだけ保存し、当社のサーバーには送りません。ブラウザのサイトデータを消すと消えます。
- 設定（言語・画質・操作・音・単位など）
- 自分で作ったコース（ホールの位置・名前）
- みんなでプレイで使う名前
- 読み込んだゴルフ場のデータの控え
2. 当社のサーバーが受け取るもの
- アクセスの記録：ページやデータを取りに来たときの IP アドレス、日時、ブラウザの種類、取りに来たアドレス。不正な利用を防ぐため、および不具合を調べるために使い、容量に応じて古いものから自動で消します。地図やゴルフ場・標高のデータを取りに来たアドレスには、遊んでいる場所のおおよその範囲（数 km 四方）が含まれます。
- みんなでプレイ：部屋で使う名前、ボールとキャラクターの位置、打数などの成績。同じ部屋の参加者に届けるためだけに使い、サーバーのメモリにだけ置きます。部屋を閉じると消え、ディスクには保存しません（部屋は最長 3 時間で閉じます）。接続の数や部屋を作る回数を制限するため、IP アドレスをメモリ上で数えます。
- ゴルフ場と標高のデータ：当社のサーバーが利用者に代わって外部のサービスから取り、一定期間保存して、ほかの利用者にも配ります。保存するのは場所ごとのデータで、利用者を特定する情報とは結びつけません。
- 合言葉の通行証：テスト期間中は、合言葉を入れた人に、30 日間有効の Cookie（ftc_pass）を渡します。有効期限と署名だけが入っていて、利用者を特定する情報は入っていません。
3. 利用状況の分析（Google アナリティクス）
本サービスをよりよくするため、Google LLC の Google アナリティクスを使っています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie を使い、次のような情報を集めます。
- ページの表示、使っている端末・ブラウザ・おおよその地域などの一般的な情報
- ゲームの中の出来事：遊び方（ひとり・みんな・コースなど）、ホールの結果・打数・かかった時間、画質の設定、動きの滑らかさ（FPS）と GPU の名前、読み込みに失敗した理由、取り込んだゴルフ場の名前、遊んだ場所のおおよその位置（約 10km 単位に丸めたもの）
これらは個人を特定する目的では使いません。欧州経済領域・英国・スイスからの利用では、同意をいただくまで分析用の Cookie を使いません。広告のための利用はしていません。データは Google が管理し、Google のポリシーに従って扱われます。

4. ブラウザから直接つなぐ外部のサービス
街や地図を表示し、場所を探すため、利用者のブラウザは次のサービスに直接つなぎます。そのとき、IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、表示している場所の範囲や、検索した言葉が各サービスに届きます。各サービスでの扱いは、それぞれのポリシーに従います。
- 地図と街のデータ：OpenFreeMap（OpenStreetMap のデータ）
- 場所の検索：Photon（komoot）、国土地理院の住所検索
- 標高のデータ（当社のサーバーで取れないとき）：国土地理院、AWS Terrain Tiles
- ゴルフ場のデータ（当社のサーバーで取れないとき）：OpenStreetMap の Overpass API
- 利用状況の分析：Google アナリティクス（3 を参照）
5. 第三者への提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。3・4 に書いた外部のサービスには、本サービスを動かすために必要な範囲で情報が届きます。
6. 安全のための対策
通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）しています。サーバーに置く情報は必要なものだけにし、保存する期間も短くしています。
7. お問い合わせ・開示などの求め
当社が持つ情報について、開示・訂正・削除などを求めるときや、このポリシーについてのお問い合わせは、下の連絡先へお送りください。本サービスは利用者を特定する情報をほとんど持たないため、お求めに応じられる範囲を、あわせてご説明します。

8. このポリシーの変更
本サービスの内容に合わせて、このポリシーを変えることがあります。大きく変えるときは、本サービスの中でお知らせします。
Privacy Policy
This English version is a reference translation. If there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.
This policy explains how we handle information in the browser game "FORE! THE CITY" (the "Service"). The Service can be played without registering a name or email address, and we keep the information we collect to a minimum.
1. Stored only on your device
The following is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to our servers. It is deleted when you clear your browser's site data.
- Settings (language, graphics quality, controls, sound, units, etc.)
- Courses you create (hole positions and names)
- The name you use in group play
- A copy of golf course data you have loaded
2. Received by our servers
- Access logs: IP address, date and time, browser type and requested address when pages or data are requested. Used to prevent abuse and investigate problems, and deleted automatically, oldest first, as storage fills. Requests for map, golf course and elevation data include the approximate area (a few km square) you are playing in.
- Group play: the name used in the room, ball and character positions, and scores such as strokes. Used only to deliver them to players in the same room and kept only in server memory. They are deleted when the room closes (at most 3 hours) and are never written to disk. IP addresses are counted in memory to limit connections and room creation.
- Golf course and elevation data: our server fetches it from external services on your behalf, keeps it for a period, and serves it to other players. What is stored is data per location, not linked to any information identifying you.
- Passphrase pass: during testing, people who enter the passphrase receive a cookie (ftc_pass) valid for 30 days. It contains only an expiry time and a signature, nothing that identifies you.
3. Usage analytics (Google Analytics)
To improve the Service we use Google Analytics by Google LLC, which uses cookies and collects information such as:
- Page views and general information such as device, browser and approximate region
- In-game events: play mode (solo, group, course, etc.), hole results, strokes and time taken, graphics quality, frame rate (FPS) and GPU name, reasons for loading failures, names of imported golf courses, and the approximate location played (rounded to about 10 km)
We do not use this to identify individuals. For visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not used until consent is given. We do not use analytics for advertising. The data is handled by Google under Google's policies.

4. External services your browser connects to directly
To show the city and map and to search for places, your browser connects directly to the services below. They receive your IP address, browser type, the area being shown and any search words. Each service handles this under its own policy.
- Map and city data: OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data)
- Place search: Photon (komoot), GSI Japan address search
- Elevation data (when our server cannot provide it): GSI Japan, AWS Terrain Tiles
- Golf course data (when our server cannot provide it): OpenStreetMap Overpass API
- Usage analytics: Google Analytics (see 3)
5. Sharing with third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide your information to third parties without your consent. The services in sections 3 and 4 receive information only as needed to run the Service.
6. Security
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). We keep only the information we need on our servers, for as short a time as possible.
7. Contact and requests
For requests to disclose, correct or delete information we hold, or questions about this policy, please contact us below. Because the Service holds almost no information that identifies users, we will also explain what we are able to do.
